Refrigenerate is a place for home cooks to share what they made, cheer each other on and learn. These guidelines apply to everything you post: dish photos, captions, comments, ratings, your profile and username.
Share
- Your own cooking. Post photos you took of food you made, or content you have the right to share.
- Honest ratings. Rate dishes on what they look like and what you know of them. Don't trade, buy or coordinate ratings, follows or likes.
- Kind comments. Disagree about adobo all you want, but be respectful.
- Safe food tips. Don't share advice that could make people sick or hurt them.
Don't post
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate based on who someone is
- Nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
- Spam, scams, ads, or links to unrelated content
- Other people's personal information, or impersonation of another person or brand
- Anything illegal, including content that infringes someone's copyright
Child safety standards
Defyne Corporation has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child is prohibited, including grooming and attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
- We remove such content as soon as we learn of it, permanently close the accounts involved, and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the Philippine National Police Women and Children Protection Center and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as the law requires.
- We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
- Refrigenerate is not directed at children under 13.

How to report
Email james@defyne.solutions with the username, what you saw, and a screenshot if you can. We review every report. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What happens when guidelines are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, warn the user, limit their account, or close it. Serious or repeated violations, and any child safety violation, lead to the account being closed. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we'll take another look.
